At the adoption office -- today we officially adopt Yoyo.
Arrived at Notary Public office. Six floor walk up office. As we are North of the Yellow River, the heat in the building is on. Surprise! We don't actually need our coats.

Ma and Yoyo With The Adoption Certificate !
Now Official..., Audrey holds the official adoption certificate. Now to the Registration office to Register the Adoption.
Later today we go from the capital Zhenzhou to Luoyang, the city where he had his orphanage for more paperwork.
We hope to visit his orphanage as well as Maria's House of Hope, the institution that did the surgery for YoYo. The founder of Maria's House of Hope lives in Nashville.
